Beware of B&R ChemDry! We used them to clean our carpet and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We had small area in one room with pet stains, so we requested the PERT treatment. Long story short, the fellow who cleaned the carpet used 2 full gallons of PERT to treat a 2'x4' section of carpet. The PERT left a sticky residue and a HORRIBLE, NAUSEATING smell that never went away. The PERT soaked right into the subfloor and never dried. We waited for 3 months for the smell to go away. We ended up having to rip out the carpet in the entire room, treat the subfloor and replace the carpet. The carpet was only a year old; after B&R came in it was garbage. We spoke to the female owner of the company, who was completely unwilling to do anything for us. We spent $472 to ""clean"" the carpet and another $500 to replace it. ZERO STARS!!!!
