I called BK Plumbing & Bath for an estimate on a new water heating system, which I'm still deliberating about. Although I haven't yet gone through with the project, I was so impressed by the employees' professionalism and the way they handled themselves that I was compelled to leave a review. I actually called the company and spoke with the owner to compliment the employees, and the owner actually wrote me a letter thanking me for the input. Overall, it was just top notch communication. They were excellent through and through. Give them raises! more

When we first noticed that our water heater was starting to leak, we called B K Plumbing & Bath Llc. We got a hold of Gary and was on his way within one hour. He showed up with the part and took about three hours to have the old one out and the new one in! I had been doing some plumbing myself trying to put a new sink faucet myself. I didn’t have the right stuff to seal it, so I called Gary. He sent Juan over to seal it up for me. I asked them to go ahead and install a second sink faucet. I was very pleased to pay for that. And, that’s two projects we had done. I’ve had about twelve-hundred dollars of satisfaction done! You’re not going to cross a more honest, real individual like Gary. In particular, he is not the quintessential business man and does not try getting more money off of you. He is a delight to be around; always smiling, giving good comments, and always looking for the positive. I’ll use B K Plumbing & Bath Llc. as many times as possible! more

I've used them for years. They've never let me down once. They always go above and beyond. Everyone, like Ginger, Gery, Carol, does an outstanding job. The new guy Jeremy although is learning, still does an outstanding job. B K Plumbing is just superb. I highly recommend them. more

I have used B K Plumbing & Bath LLC. several different times. The last time the came out was just a few days ago. We sold our home and the inspector called out a repair that needed to be done. They installed a four angle stop valve under the sink in the master bath. The crew was on the job early, they took care of the issue and never left a mess. They make working with them easy which I really appreciate. more

1) Put a hole in our A/C unit (and had it partially repaired) 2) Destroyed a $1500 astroturf dog run 3) Ruined a drainage line 4) Put the gas shutoff valve in an inaccessible location 4) Back filled with our decorative gravel 5) Broke our flagstone walkway, and tried to hide the pieces in our bushes 6) Quoted us one price, and then doubled the price the day of the install (and did an extremely unprofessional install) 7) Put multiple holes in our flexible drip irrigation line I've waited 6 months to write this review, to see if I was over reacting, or if it was actually them doing a terrible job. After 6 months I'm still extremely angry with BK plumbing. When friends ask for plumber recommendations, I go out of my way to tell them not to use BK. more

Gary checked in with me first thing in the morning to inform me that his tech was in route. He was very friendly. My service tech was Juan and he actually arrived a little early (with a call ahead of course) and carried himself with great integrity. Upon noting the age of my turn-off valve when he went to shut the water off to the house, he approached it carefully and meticulously so as not to over-tighten it. He was also very respectful in the manner he moved my appliances out of the way to access the drain pipe. Within twenty minutes or so, he had my washer draining properly and ran it through the complete drain cycle to be certain it wouldn't back up on me again. I was impressed with Juan as an individual and as a plumber, so I will be holding on to this business card! Thank you, BK, for the drama-free experience! more

I was referred to BK. I was very please with the service not only on the phone but the service done at my home. They were on time, friendly and worked with my schedule. Finding a company that you feel comfortable with and feel that your willing to contact again has been hard for me to find. I will definately refer and use them again, more

We had a water leak in our front yard, and not a small one. We assumed that it was a leak in our main water line. Unfortunatly this happened when everything does -- at 5pm on a Friday. So, I got up early on Saturday and started to call plumbers. One person came out on Saturday and told us it would be 6K to replace the line. I about fainted. I called BK and Gary walked us through a few things on the phone but could not come out until Monday. Wanting a second opinion, I waited. When they came out they quoted us 2K to start the work. I was much happier with that pricing. Unfortunatly, they had to wait until blue steak came out to mark off the lines so they woulde not start until Wednesday. But, they took care of calling and setting up the blue steak appointment which was an added bonus. When they showed up on Wednesday and started to dig up the line a little bit more they found that the leak was actually on the city side. And we did not need any repairs done at all! Gary and his crew (Junior) called the city and told them they needed to repair the line. We did not have to do anything. Gary continued to follow up with us for the enire week making sure the city was responding and taking care of it. He did not have to do any of that and could have very easily replaced a line that they did not need to. However, they were very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. Not something you find very much in today's society. You have a customer for life! more

BK Plumbing & Bath LLC was referred to me by a friend who was impressed by them. When I called, Gery the manager answered the phone and I appreciated I was able to get straight to the horses mouth. I had two people come, one for a water heater installation and one for a toilet. Both of them were on time, clean, friendly, orderly, answered my questions, and seemed to know what they were doing. B K Plumbing & Bath replaced a seal ring on one of the toilets in my house. They are very responsive. They came out the day after I called them and gave me a quote. Once we gave them authorization, the repair was done that same morning. I will definitely call them again if I have a plumbing problem. more

BK Plumbing installed some gas lines to hook up to a dryer and a gas stove. They did an excellent job. They have great customer service, very attentive. The work was done just as they said it would be. more

The owner, Gary, was very friendly and helpful on the phone. He even answered the phone after 7pm. Our water heater pilot light would not stay lit. We originally had someone from one of the Big Name Companies come out, which gave us a ridiculous estimate so we sent them away. Of course, the Big Name Co person just wanted to sell us a new water heater. Ours is only 5 1/2 yrs old (under warrantee for parts) but the Big Name Co person said that it was 6 1/2 yrs old and out of warrantee. Luckily I called BK Plumbing. They came out this morning - with no service call fee and free estimate. It took 2 differents parts but they ended up about $200 less. BK is honest and would use them again. It was nice to find someone honest. Much appreciated! more

B K Plumbing & Bath came when they said they would and did what they needed to do. They performed the job in a clean and professional manor. I have no complaints. My most recent experience with BK Plumbing was very out of the ordinary. They have been my plumbers for years, but it's mostly been fixing things in the house, nothing like what they had to do this last time. We had a lot of issues, and it was a horrible experience. I really don't even know what to say. The first week we scheduled them to come out and take care of a leak. They determined that there definitely was a break in the main line. I waited a week for them to come back out to do the work, but when they cam they couldn't do the work because the people that were supposed to come mark the gas lines had marked the wrong ones, so I had to wait another whole week. The next week, they came back out and started digging in the back yard, when they accidentally hit a gas line. Every truck in APS from Phoenix was here, as well as a fire truck. In short, there was a lot of excitement. I have never had anything like that happen before, and I tell you, it was awful. That's why I have mixed feelings about my experience. I'm not shaking my head and pointing fingers. I just wanted it fixed, but it's hard to rate BK Plumbing well with everything that went on. They were very sympathetic when they hit the gas line though. They acknowledged the mistake and apologized for it. I had to wait another week for the people to come mark the gas lines again though. Everything seems to be okay now. There is a mound of dirt where they dug that I thought they should have spread out more. Then there are the black things that are sticking up out of the mound that have only become more exposed as the mound settles. So, I wasn't too pleased with the cleanup, but I'm just glad everything was fixed. more
