Review content:
1) Put a hole in our A/C unit (and had it partially repaired)
2) Destroyed a $1500 astroturf dog run
3) Ruined a drainage line
4) Put the gas shutoff valve in an inaccessible location
4) Back filled with our decorative gravel
5) Broke our flagstone walkway, and tried to hide the pieces in our bushes
6) Quoted us one price, and then doubled the price the day of the install (and did an extremely unprofessional install)
7) Put multiple holes in our flexible drip irrigation line
I've waited 6 months to write this review, to see if I was over reacting, or if it was actually them doing a terrible job. After 6 months I'm still extremely angry with BK plumbing. When friends ask for plumber recommendations, I go out of my way to tell them not to use BK.
