My flower order via on line was delivered on time to Janice H on September 10th. She loved them and the colors were so vibrant and the flowers were very fresh. . Thank you for doing such a good job. My first time ordering flowers on line. It was a great experience. more

It was recently my wife and I's 3 year anniversary, and I wanted to surprise her at work with some flowers in the morning. I wanted to make sure that they were there for her BEFORE she got to work at 9am and surprise! Her co-workers said she was going crazy for them, and that they were some of the most beautiful roses they'd ever seen, and where I'd gotten them from!! more

I have used Ava's TONS of times for all kinds of occasions- Mom's birthdays, Valentine's Day, the wife- and the flowers have always been perfect!! If I ever got flowers from anywhere else, they would say, "These aren't as nice as Ava's". more

I ordered an FTD Spring Planter that was supposed to be delivered in a silver cylinder vase with a mylar balloon attached. I paid $65 for this. The order did not show up on the day of the recipients birthday but the next day and all that was delivered was a hydrangea with a bow on it, no balloon. I had to speak with 5 people from Ava's Flowers before someone finally did something for me and when I spoke to the 5th person he questioned all the facts I gave him and also questioned if I had really spent the time on the phone as I said I had. They ended up giving me a $29 discount, but in my opinion it should have been a complete refund. Everything about the order was wrong. Everything. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Buy somewhere else. more

Just visited Mom today; they must have given steroids to these flowers because they still look great. Whenever I order from Proflower or wherever, I always get grief cause they die so quick. I think my mom likes showing them off to her friends, so I can appreciate this even though flowers aren't really my thing. more

This is not a serious business, I purchased flowers that were never delivered. I will never purchase flowers from this place again or recommended to anybody. more

I purchased flowers/plant from Ava's Flowers in New York and I was assured by a lady named Linda that they would be delivered the next day. I spent 60.00 which they charged me for, yet the item never arrived. I called the day of the expected arrival and was assured by a man named WIlliam that the item would be delivered, though it never was. This gift was for my mother's 66th birthday and she was expecting them. Obviously, I am very displeased with the service I received and will never use this company ever again. more

Bought my brother an orchid plant when he moved into his apartment and he was super grateful and said the plant really brightened his day, no on else thought to send anything, so I want to thank Avas Flowers again for being there at the last minute again! more

She melted when she saw the flowers, Avas Flower Shop gave awesome advice! Had a very small window for delivery and they got the flowers there right on time. more
