I purchased flowers/plant from Ava's Flowers in New York and I was assured by a lady named Linda that they would be delivered the next day. I spent 60.00 which they charged me for, yet the item never arrived. I called the day of the expected arrival and was assured by a man named WIlliam that the item would be delivered, though it never was. This gift was for my mother's 66th birthday and she was expecting them. Obviously, I am very displeased with the service I received and will never use this company ever again.
