I visited Autopark Chrysler Jeep recently to SEE if I could possibly purchase a car. I have had some negative things happen to me in my financial past and was very unsure if there was anyone that could help me and my situation. I got in touch with Mike Wing of Autopark Chrysler Jeep and he assured me that he would be able to help me. He didn't have to see if he could help, HE KNEW he could help. One day I am driving a car with the transmission about to go out and that evening I drive home with a NEW 2012 Chrysler 200! I have never even been in a Chrysler automobile but was MORE THAN PLEASED with my car choice. Mike made my experience enjoyable and pleasant and already had cars in mind before I even came onto the lot! He is the most effective salesperson that I have met! Purchased a used car from AutoPark Chrysler Jeep on 6-3-12. Salesperson was James Mills. Had one of the better experiences at a car dealership that I've had (really hate dealerships). But Mr. Mills was great and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible. Results were I got pretty much everything I asked for with little heartburn. I would recommend anyone in search of a vehicle to consider Mr. Mills and this dealership before purchasing. more

Liars and cheats. Dont believe their fake reviews. The service department will rob you blind! They try to tell you about needing repairs that are completely false! Glad I took the care somewhere else first before being robbed by the dishonest scum that works here! more

Service Department is full of liars and cheats. They try to swindle people into making unnecessary expensive repairs. I will be filing with the BBB. They also write their own false reviews and somehow are able to delete the negative ones. BEWARE!!!!! Tried to charge me 1000's for something that cost pennies to fix or didnt need fixing in the first place. This is the stereotypical STEALERSHIP.....just plain scum!. more

I first contacted Ben on line about a used Chrysler 300. I am from South Carolina so I wanted to make sure I could get the car that I wanted for the price I wanted before I made the drive to North Carolina. Ben was wonderful! He answered all of my question. We were able to come to an agreement on price and financing; and I was on my way to Cary, NC. 3 1/2 hours later I was test driving and signing papers! I had recently been thinking of trading my 2007 Grand Cherokee for something, but just wasn't sure what. I only knew I wanted an SUV with leather interior, sunroof, satellite radio and a remote start. I happened to drive over one day on my lunch break to ""just look around"" since I was in the neighborhood. James happened to be in the middle of something and spotted me on the lot, and came over. He was very nice and showed me a couple of SUVs on the lot. There wasn't really anything that just screamed my name or stood out to me. The only thing I would have REALLY wanted was a 2012 Grand Cherokee with all the bells and whistles :), never mentioning that to James, but I knew that was totally out of the question for me. I left him my number and told him to keep me posted on any used SUV trade that would have what I was looking for. He kept in touch with me throughout the next couple of weeks, but I was then thinking it was just bad timing for me to even think of getting another vehicle (after all of this, right?). HOWEVER, a couple of days after, I went in and test drove a 2012 Grand Cherokee (yes, James talked me into it). I realized that I would have been better off getting the 2012 versus a used vehicle because my finance rate would have been MUCH lower; huge difference! Not only that, but I would also have a 5 year/100,000 mile warranty, among other things. Make a long story short, I ended up leaving with a brand spanking new 2012 Grand Cherokee (with all the bells and whistles)! James worked very hard to make sure I got what I wanted and what I needed with everything! He is one of the nicest salesmen I have ever met, because you don't meet too many nice and genuine people in that business. My wife and I went to Autopark Chrysler Jeep looking for a used vehicle to replace our aging Volvo station wagon and met with James Mills. We came in with the mindset that we wanted to go with a small SUV (Patriot or Compass). After looking through a few of those and finding that they didn’t meet our needs James suggested a 2011 Grand Cherokee that had just come in on a trade. It seems that he knew what we wanted better than we did. James was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of each of the Jeeps that we looked at and was very willing to spend the time needed to get to the terms that we needed to make the purchase that day! Michael is not only my favorite car salesman but he is now a friend. For my daughter's 18th Birthday I was searching for a Black Jeep Patriot over the internet and me him. After a recent purchase my Jeep was experiencing abnormal water leaks (purchased at another dealership). The vehicle was brought back to the dealership in attempts to resolve the issue. After two attempts they were unable to correct the problem. I found them to be extremely helpful. They took the time to correct the problem when other Jeep representatives were unable to. Anas Lyahmouti made my experience very enjoyable. While I was just looking, he and Brian, kept offering to let me test drive a Jeep Compass. They eventually convinced me to consider a 2012 version! They answered all my questions and now I own a Jeep Compass and love it! Their persistence really ""closed the deal"" yet they were more interested in answering any questions I had. After spending the day looking at cars all over Raleigh we decided to go out to Cary Auto Mall. The service we received was Excellent.
