Michael is not only my favorite car salesman but he is now a friend. For my daughter's 18th Birthday I was searching for a Black Jeep Patriot over the internet and me him. He went out of his way to find the car I was looking for and beyond that when we went to look at it he had added a bow to it for my daughter. He provided us with information and no pressure. She was in love at first sight. Michael made this a memorable event for my family.
