I visited Autopark last week. I was there for 6 hrs. We looked at over 5 cars till we found the right price and the right deal. James worked with me the whole way and made sure I was happy. I never once felt pressured that I had to make a purchase, only that he would work with me to make sure I left happy. I left with a car I felt happy with and an overall great experience. I dropped by Autopark Chrysler Jeep on Friday, just to see what used Town and Country's they had in stock. I met Bruce Bensal who pointed me in the right direction.\r I had been looking for a good used van for a few weeks, and had some ideas about models and price. Bruce showed me several and explained clearly the features on each. The result, I got a nice vehicle with a lot of bells and whistles in my price range and right now am a happy camper. more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!\r \r Purchased two used cars. Lexus RX330 and a mustang and both of them had major issues. I think they put in a temporary fix to get it off the lot then 2 weeks later a disaster. My 2004 Lexus needs a new air conditioner and the mustang's convertible top doesn't operate properly. Called the dealer and no help what so ever. They claimed they are only responsible for all the other things, and to just to make sure the transmission and engine works. What!!! If you do purchase a used vehicle from them please, please take your mechanic. In the meantime I will make my own bumper to place on the back of my cars stating how much they screwed me. From the minute my son and I met Juan at Autopark CJ, we were very impressed. Juan provided above excellent customer service to us. My son, who is very knowledgable on cars, especially Jeeps, even learned about some new features on the Jeep 2012 Laredo from Juan the night we visited Autopark CJ. He certainly is not faking it like a lot of car salesmen my family and I have experienced in the past. Ask for James if you want a no nonsense, no hassle experience. The crew here at Autopark CJ in Cary has it going on, and in no time I was behind the wheel of a brand new Jeep. James made sure I left satisfied, even bearing through more than one test drive so I knew I had the right Jeep for me. Even though when I first arrived to Autopark Chrysler everyone was so nice and polite, Mike Wing, my salesman was the reason for my attitiude and new found respect for the car buying experience. In the past buying a car for me was such a chore and headache. For one, I never got what I wanted, due to car performance issues that left me stranded and desperately needing transportation. Then there was the credit issues, that was a result of my divorce, that limited me on what I could buy. When Mike called me with his plans of putting me in a new car I was at first skeptical, but due to his sympathetic responses to my past situations and doing the foot-work to make sure that there were no false hope or promises made, I was then put at ease and able to break down the walls I had up. When I came to the dealership he had already done the research to present me with my choices and there was not a moment wasted to getting me into that new car that day. I was very pleased by his work ethic and happy that Mike was the one that got me into my first brand new car. Because Mike answered all of my economical needs as well as my wants in a car when I drive my new car I feel good ALL AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Will Sutton, our salesman, was the best. He consistently went out of his way for us. We were actually ""just looking"" and went home with a car at 10 pm because he and the office/finance manager were so customer-oriented. more

I will have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From my sales guy Will Sutton down to the finance department. They had everything ready for me when I arrived. They never made me feel pressured or that I had to buy today. They cared about what I wanted. Plus, they are as friendly as can be. I went there on a Saturday and they came out of their way to say hello and ask how things are going. Very personable, I liked that. Top notch people. Will buy from these guys again. more

When my wife and I went looking for a JEEP for my daughter we went to the Autopark Jeep Chrysler in Cary because they had provided excellent services to our older Jeep.\r \r Not surprising. We met Juan Castro who became our salesman and he was very honest, genuine and showed he care for us. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them back in 2010 and just 1 year and 6 months later, I traded it in for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Recently purchased a new Wrangler. Will Sutton was my salesman. He couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. Very professional and attentive. No BS or pressure. A true gentleman. My husband and I used internet searches to find a couple of vehicles to check out, then we used the AutoPark website to email with a customer representative and set up a time for a test drive. On the lot, we worked with Daniel ""The Guy In The Bowtie"" Edwards and Mohammed Alqoh. Both Daniel and Mohammed were very approachable, patient with our questions, and helpful without pushing us. We were both impressed by the prompt reply to email questions and the personable service provided on the lot. Just after the sale, we found out that we needed a new battery for the car - Daniel was quick to help schedule a service appointment to fix that. And both Mohammed and Daniel met us to make sure the service appointment went well and we were both satisfied. Our interactions with the sales team and service team were professional and helpful.
