I know that the staff at AI know what they are doing with my Primus and that they give me straight forward information and options for keeping my car in good repair. I can call with any questions and know I will get honesty and yet no pressure to purchase services that I am not ready for. I appreciate that I can rely on them. more

Tom, the owner, and his son Jared were friendly and welcoming. I left my vehicle for a diagnostic evaluation. When I returned, it was finished and Tom assured me that there were no major problems to be concerned about. I was charged a more than reasonable fee for the work. I highly recommend Automotive Instincts. more

Dependable and Wonderful Mechanic! 9/8/2008

Two locations, Northridge and Woodland Hills. Our family and friends have been bringing their Honda's and Acura's to Steve Summers for YEARS and have NEVER had a problem or been disappointed. They've since expanded and now repair Lexus and Toyota as well. Honest, reliable and they do a good job! Automotive Instincts is one reason we'll always drive Honda's or Toyota's! TRUSTWORTHY and GOOD--You'll be able to relax when you take your car to be serviced! more
