For ten years+ , AI has provided regular (and special at times) servicing, first for my Honda Civic and now for my Toyota Matrix. Ii have found them to be consistently: honest, fair, knowledgeable, competent, up to date, courteous, accommodating, reliable, well organized, and customer oriented. Friendly, too. more

These guys are great! I've been coming to them since 1990, obviously I've always had a Honda car. They get you in and out as promised and are not there to take you money or repair things that don't need fixing.....send you reminders about your car needs and services. more

Honda Pilot Timing Belt Replacement 4/24/2014

We are very pleased with the timing belt and tensioner bearing replacement service we received at Automotive Instincts. The car is running smoother and the charges were reasonable. We had the car back to us in the same day. They use Honda OEM parts which gives us peace of mind. more

Why would anyone go to a dealer if you can go to Automotive Instincts 4/10/2014

I took my car in because a light was on, and my home diagnosis suggested a fix was necessary. Tom and his crew evaluated everything and told me that no fix was necessary and if the light went on again just to bring the car. If I had gone to my normal dealer I would have spent hundreds of dollars to fix nothing as well as my time. Thank you Tom, Jarod, and the crew! more
