I made an appt. and they took me on time and pointed out the work to be done before they began. 2/14/2014

This was my second service trip to AI. So far I am extremely happy with the people and the service. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, but did make one appropriate recommendation, which I agreed with. Oil change/service is very reasonably priced and very competitive. I am an older, single woman, and I really appreciate that they don't take advantage of that. They are trustworthy. more

Conscientious-do one's work very well. 2/3/2014

We, as a family have been going to Automotive Instincts, since 1990 and they have taken care of our cars (three different ones), and us very conscientiously. It is a long time to keep going to the same mechanic. We believe that that in itself speaks volumes. Thanks Guys! more
