Caring for an old car 1/17/2016

My 2001 Toyota 4Runner was well taken care of on our last visit. The visit was due to a check engine light and Automotive Instincts fixed the problem and performed a routine service in a timely and economical manner. These guys are so easy to deal with. Takes some of the pain out automotive service. more

Honesty 1/15/2016

Tom and his crew have always been spot on and very helpful. I would not keep going back for the last 18 years or more if I wasn't satisfied. We don't always like what we hear about what our car's needs but that is not their fault. Thank you Tom and company for your wonderful service. <3 Sylvie more

emergency repair 12/23/2015

Again Automotive Instincts came through in flying colors. I had an emergency issue with my car and although they were swamped because of holidays demands, a guaranteed a specific completion time was unrealistic, these people managed to trouble shoot, make the repairs and got me out of there in less than three hours! I looked at this quick turn around as a nice surprise Christmas gift. Thank you Automotive Instincts. You are The Best! Happy Prosperous New Year. more

Great Shop! 12/11/2015

This is an honest shop, in my opinion.One of my car's problems could've had a pricey fix, but this place found an easy fix and didn't charge me for it. They could've told me was something more complicated, and I wouldn't of known the difference. This type of thing really build a customer's confidence and trust. The shop is clean. The employees are polite. The work was completed when promised. My vehicle is performing perfectly since they worked on it The sense I have of these people is that they take pride in their work, and I like that a lot. more

Been going here for years. AAA discount too. They do a great job and give you options. I do wish a report was written out on what was checked rather than a quick listing of something like "all fluids filled"... Educate, inform just a little more please... more

Instant Service 1/3/2015

My headlight went out the other night. I pulled in and asked the owner to check it out. He had the blub and put it right in. They are so nice. I was a bad experience with a dealer before coming here and they were an approved AAA shop so very nice I am coming back for a major service next week. I have sent my son in law here also. more
