Been a customer of Honda for over a good 10 years. Spent a great amount of money here! I love the service from the service department! I use to always recommend ppl to get their cars serviced here. However, during my previous sales deal, I had a situation that changed my whole outlook of Honda. Due to a miscommunication in the finance department I was belittled as a loyal customer!!! Being in customer service I've never been so offended! I was to the point where my credit wasn't even an issue, I wanted to return my vehicle and Never have anything to do with Renton Honda! This experience caught me completely off guard since every time I brought my vehicle for service, customer satisfaction was on the priority list! I hope someone from Honda,who truly cares about their customers, try to attempt to remind me why it is I chose to stay with Honda all these years! Never had to write a bad review but THIS whole process was and continues to be a nightmare!!! With that being said, I will not EVER recommend this place until I feel The Customer Satisfaction is a priority! Service department or not!
