First car buying experience and it was wonderful. My mother always talked about how she dreaded buying a new car because it was such a pain. However even after the many cars she has gone through in her life she vehemently expressed how this was the best experience she's had buying a car. The kicker is she was only there to help guide me for my first time buy. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend AutoNation Nissan Lewisville to any friends looking into a new car. I got a 2013 Nissan Juke and couldn't be happier. more

Around Halloween I purchased a pre-owned 350z from AutoNation Lewisville. I was on a mission. I finally found the one I was looking for. At the beginning every thing was great, being a potential buyer, you will be treated like a star. The car did have some sore paint spots as well as missing floor mats. During this process I kept asking the sales person handling my purchase about getting these taken care of. He, multiple times, told me that this would be taken care of. Well, when it came time for me to take the car off the lot, the gas tank was less than a 1/4. this was on the 31st of October. That very same day I was told to bring the car back in Friday to have touch up paint done on car. However, I noticed a couple other issues, the passenger power seat didn't work, and a clicking sound coming from the rear. So that Friday, instead of paint work, I had to take the car to service, SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWESOME. They handled both issues, albeit a week later. At this time still no floor mats and no touch up paint. I was told by the sales guy to call on Monday the 11th of Nov. I called him and he said he would find out and call me back. Never did, I called the next day, no answer, I emailed him everyday that week, NO answer. I finally emailed the #2 manager. No answer, so I finally emailed the GM, he responded very quickly, within an hour. Spoke to him on the phone and he got the ball rolling, somewhat. I put in touch with Charlie, he was great, his communication was great. He set up the touch up paint. Touch up paint was done about a week later. there were some really bad rain days, but the lack of communication and a few good days, its no excuse. However, if I would have known the process of the touch up paint, I would have just done it myself. At this point, I still have no floor mats. I was told if another 350z came in, I would get the call to get them. I just do not see why they not order new ones. The Sales guy told he would get me some. Maybe I should have bought a new car, could have avoided all this and the false promise. In the end I went ahead and spent $110 on some OEM 350z floor mats. I've always have had my car or truck serviced at the dealerships I've bought them, but in this case I will not have my 350z serviced by AutoNation because of long dragged out and un-fulfilled promises. Like I said, the service department is great, but just have that sour taste. From my experience I would not have this dealership as my first option, maybe for a new car, but not pre-owned. more

Do not go to this place, wasting time 11/16/2009

I went to buy a new car and an associate came to greet me after I enter the building. He asked my budget and model of car I like to purchase. I told him that I would buy if I like and come to the deal. He asked me if I like the price would you buy? I said 'yes and that's why I am here'. I told him my prefer of car. Without looking the car we fixed price. He wants me to purchase even I have not seen the car. He discounted $500 below than the price tag. I asked him for test drive. He wants me to promise to purchase the car if I do not find any thing wrong after test drive. After than he will let me do the drive test. I felt something not right. I express him my prefer also different model of Honda. He told me his time is so precious so that he can not spend his time on lots of thing and ask me to make up my mind. I was so surprise and disrespectful. He was basically saying that if I drive it than I have to purchase it. It does not seems right to me. I went there after my work and spend almost 2 hours just for no thing. I told the associate that good luck to your business and left the building. But, good thing, he offer me to talk to his manager if I dissatisfy with his customer service. I told him, I am sorry I do not want to spend more time talking to your manager. I can see the work place. Pros: Offer to talk to manager. Cons: No Customer service more

I expected more 1/22/2009

When I first purchased my 2008 Civic in May, I was pleased with the sales experience--so much so that I recommeded them to an acquaintance who herself then purchased a car from the same salesperson. We were told we would receive $100 for referring her and never did (we checked on this multiple times and were told that ""the check's in the mail""). We noticed a slight rattling at low speeds and returned the car after 8 months for repair. They kept the car for 8 hours and could not find the problem. We offered to bring it back for the weekend but they were booked with other appointments. They suggested I rent a car (we had not bought the extended warranty because generally these are useless and after all, it's Honda--they have a reputation for building quality cars. We never would have expected a problem after just a few months). The problem is not fixed and I'm very unhappy with my experience at Honda. more

Pilot problems 8/1/2008

Even though the car was ""certified"" after the sale we found undisclosed hail damagage they refused to fix and it was in the shop within a week because the air conditioner went out. I was very displeased with the overall experience and feel as though they pull one over on us by saying the car had been certified after receiving a 150 point inspection. Cons: Did not stand behind car even though it was certified. more

Terrible Service Department! 2/27/2008

I bought a used Nissan from these guys and after driving off the lot realized the tires were not balanced correctly. Although I greatly appreciated the new tires, none of them were balanced throwing my steering off. I took it back the next day and after they 'claim' to have fixed it, realized my floor mat was missing!! Who takes one floor mat? After speaking with several people including the manager, the only thing they would say is, ""We don't know what happened to it but we don't see it here."" Needless to say, it was there before they 'serviced' it and no it's not. Not to mention it took 2 hours for them to take care of this problem that they still didn't fix. Now I have to pay someone to do the job they should have done in the first place. And I'm mysteriously missing one driver's side floor mat. Who does that and why? more
