I went to buy a new car and an associate came to greet me after I enter the building. He asked my budget and model of car I like to purchase. I told him that I would buy if I like and come to the deal. He asked me if I like the price would you buy? I said 'yes and that's why I am here'. I told him my prefer of car. Without looking the car we fixed price. He wants me to purchase even I have not seen the car. He discounted $500 below than the price tag. I asked him for test drive. He wants me to promise to purchase the car if I do not find any thing wrong after test drive. After than he will let me do the drive test. I felt something not right. I express him my prefer also different model of Honda. He told me his time is so precious so that he can not spend his time on lots of thing and ask me to make up my mind. I was so surprise and disrespectful. He was basically saying that if I drive it than I have to purchase it. It does not seems right to me. I went there after my work and spend almost 2 hours just for no thing. I told the associate that good luck to your business and left the building. But, good thing, he offer me to talk to his manager if I dissatisfy with his customer service. I told him, I am sorry I do not want to spend more time talking to your manager. I can see the work place.
