I bought a used Nissan from these guys and after driving off the lot realized the tires were not balanced correctly. Although I greatly appreciated the new tires, none of them were balanced throwing my steering off. I took it back the next day and after they 'claim' to have fixed it, realized my floor mat was missing!! Who takes one floor mat? After speaking with several people including the manager, the only thing they would say is, ""We don't know what happened to it but we don't see it here."" Needless to say, it was there before they 'serviced' it and no it's not. Not to mention it took 2 hours for them to take care of this problem that they still didn't fix. Now I have to pay someone to do the job they should have done in the first place. And I'm mysteriously missing one driver's side floor mat. Who does that and why?
