As mentioned on Yelp, this is my first negative review. When calling ""All My Son's Window Cleaning"", I was cross sold on carpet cleaning. I paid full price, no Groupon etc., and my carpets and windows are horrible. I have never experienced such inferior quality of service...both on the windows and carpets. After 2 calls expressing my concern while the tech was still here, a ""supervisor"" came by. He was rude, indignant and offensive. So much so that he has the distinction of being the only person I have ever asked to leave my house. The embarrassed tech soon followed. I followed up with the owner, Mike, who feigned surprise at my complaint though I had articulated my dissatisfaction to Steam It multiple times. I have before and after pictures...There is NO difference, just wet carpet. To add insult to injury, ""Mike"" lied about Steam It's response on Yelp. SLEAZY thing to do. I called another company out, Hart's Steam Cleaning, and they did a fabulous job. Hart's made my carpets look new. They are the antithesis of Austin Steam It. Guess I now have of greater appreciation for the best and WORST in the business. \r \r BEWARE OF STEAM IT! more

HORRIBLE JOB!!!!! No wonder they are on Groupon, they are just after the money, they have no interest in return customers....not if they clean other customer's carpets like they cleaned mine. They are lucky it was my husband home and not me while they cleaned, I would have pointed out how horrible it looks and how it looked exactly the same as how when I left that morning just wet!! I could have done a better job with a hand held bissell machine. I have contacted the company, I expect a refund or another cleaning.\r \r more

First time using this company and very pleased ..they always answer the phone ( I like that) very professional and helpful ..did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets... now the hard part keeping them clean ..lol..yes will recommend and use again more

WOW!!! steam it did a fantastic job on the floors in my house! I cant not believe what a great job they did and also how courteous and knowledgeable they were while they were here...gotta give you two thumbs way up Austin steam it!!! I will defiantly use you all again in the near future! more

Austin steam it came out to my house just to preform a simple carpet cleaning but as they were there I noticed my carpets looked so good so I got them to do my tile and grout as well... and I must say these guys know exactly what they are doing! good job Austin steam it! more

I dont usually post about service companies but theses guys have beed to my house 3 times and they so professional... they even look professional..lol .. My wife loves the service and I love the price...this time we have carpet done (great job) tile done ..it looks brand new...they even gave us a cleaner so it stays this way... thanks again..see you next time\r \r JP more

I wish I would have read these reviews first. I had a similar experience to lisa-Derek R. My husband brought it to the attention of Eric, the technician, that there is something coming off the floor. The technician said it was wax. We are not professionals in the carpet business, the companies' technicians are supposed to be. After the job is completed, of course we complain because the floors don't look professionally cleaned. Eric says well this is going to happen every time you steam tile floors with wax on it. To his defense, he says, ""how I'm I supposed to know whats on the floor?"" Says the professional to the lay person. Every label says test this product on your floors in a small area says lay person. I had to consistently ask for a supervisor to come out to see this work. Josh, supposedly his supervisor finally arrives. I see Josh is listed in other reviews as a technician too. Maybe he is a working supervisor. He consistently builds up his technician and his previous encounters with other customers. At the end of all this conversation my floors look horrible out of $240 for tile floors that look worse than started and their PROFESSIONAL opinion is the floor needs to be stripped and don't put a sealant or anything on the floor in the future. Plus, Eric had the nerve to be upset and visibly hostile when i asked for his work to be discounted. And lastly, I must not forget. If I pay an additional $.80 sq. foot his company can strip the floors and look the way I expect. more

Just had these guys clean our tile and grout in our kitchen and showers...I was very impressed with the results. My Mom found these guys on Angies list and said they had a A+ rating so I used them for the first time . Im not kidding the floors look brand new.. they put some kind of seal on the grout and it looks better than when we moved in . Ive always used the company my mom used to clean my carpets.. we are selling our house and they could not get rid of the dog smell .. My sister uses Steam It so I called them ..WOW Josh cleaned my carpets and fogged the house..The house smells like cherry (better than dog) and carpets look better than ever.. Thanks Josh and sorry Mom ..I kept Steam Its number for the future.. Thanks guys more

Im not one to post comments but after our 3rd time using these guys our house always looks great.. Im very happy with the price and my wife loves their service...selling our house and our realtor wanted us to replace the kitchen floor...My wife called these guys and I swear the floor looks brand new...it was crazy.. happy wife ..happy life ..see you guys at the new home..\r \r -Chris R more

This was our first time to us Steam It and we were very pleased with our service. The first young man, Chad, was very nice and professional but unfortunately there was an equipment problem (it happens) so another young man, Aaron was sent. He called to confirm he was on the way, arrived quickly, and, again, was very professional and courteous. We will certainly use Steam It again in the future. more

STEAM IT is the best!! had steam it out to my house for carpet cleaning and the young man named chad talk me into tile and grout cleaning.at the end of the clean the grout had some staining in it.chad being the profestional technician that he is showed me enhanced color seal.Now my tile and grout look new \r \r \r THANKS CHAD\r thanks,stephenie o. more

Today was my second visit from the company where I had my entire home carpet cleaned. Today the technician “Dan” showed up on time, called about 10 minutes before arriving and was courteous, diligent, and did a great job. Tech was lazy and told me the tile would have to be stripped for twice the price and he'd have to come back because there was wax on it. We had the house built, there was no wax on it and all he did was shoot cold water on it - dirt came up with just wiping it with a paper towel. I stopped him from doing more and mopped it myself that night and the dirt came off the tile. It cost over $250 for the tile they did nothing but get wet and the owner calls me and offers nothing. He says the water temperature is 300 degrees coming out of the machine, but I was in the room when the tech did the carpets and it was straight out of the hose COLD. LIARS and CHARLATANS - great snake oil you advertise. DO NOT USE. more

not happy with the results. ;(\r just had a carpet steam it service and..... i have to call for the tech come back and clean again the steirs. i feel very unhappy with the service.....he left it very watery and mildew smell....plus i rubed a clean cloth and guess what?? it came out very durty....the result: not better than you can do with a machine you rent at heb or walmart for les than 50 dlls.\r Defently I DO NOT recomend this company if you want the carpet CLEAN more

So I had 3 companies come and give my family a est to restore the tile and grout. We had alot of tile and grout..not only did Steam It offer more services than anyone else they were $278.00 less than anyone else. With the life time guarantee we jumped on it. Josh and crew were on time fast ..very ..very..detailed and when he was done sealing my floor it really looked brand new.. my neighbor was right....I'm glad I called. more
