As mentioned on Yelp, this is my first negative review. When calling ""All My Son's Window Cleaning"", I was cross sold on carpet cleaning. I paid full price, no Groupon etc., and my carpets and windows are horrible. I have never experienced such inferior quality of service...both on the windows and carpets. After 2 calls expressing my concern while the tech was still here, a ""supervisor"" came by. He was rude, indignant and offensive. So much so that he has the distinction of being the only person I have ever asked to leave my house. The embarrassed tech soon followed. I followed up with the owner, Mike, who feigned surprise at my complaint though I had articulated my dissatisfaction to Steam It multiple times. I have before and after pictures...There is NO difference, just wet carpet. To add insult to injury, ""Mike"" lied about Steam It's response on Yelp. SLEAZY thing to do. I called another company out, Hart's Steam Cleaning, and they did a fabulous job. Hart's made my carpets look new. They are the antithesis of Austin Steam It. Guess I now have of greater appreciation for the best and WORST in the business. \r
