My van was rear ended a few years ago. Aurora Collision fixed us up quickly. But we had to bring it back because water was leaking in. They honored the lifetime warranty and fixed it right away--even throwing in some extra detailing. I was impressed with the punctuality, customer service and quick response--even though they didn't get paid for the adjustment. I will take my car there again but hopefully not for another collision fix. Aurora Collision does maintenance--like oil changes--too. more

We took our car in for repair, All seemed OK until we paid. They double swiped our debit card for the amount owed 469.00. on a Friday. I notified them Monday morning of the double charge. Tuesday morning@ 9:15 I was told that my account would be credited with in 4 to 6 hours. I check the account @ 4:00 PM and the account had not been credited at that time. I called Aurora Collision, they said they would call their bank and let me know. I want you to know this was the owner I was talking to. This is not acceptable, very poor customer service. I want to mention I am an Assistant Vice President of Operations of a local Bank and this customer service is not acceptable. I will be taking my auto body service to Moores Auto Body on north aurora.? Cons: crooks more

After another driver slammed into my car on the interstate, I was sent to Aurora Collision Center by their insurance company. After reading the few reviews, I was a little unsure how the experience would go. The customer service I received when I dropped my car off was great. I felt very informed, and was confident in the work that would be done. However, as the days passed, the communication was very lacking. At one point, I had to contact the insurance company regarding a rental car and payment for the damages. For whatever reason, Aurora Collision and the insurance company were giving me different answers. more

I took my car in for new rear brakes because they were squeaking. About one hour after dropping it off, I got a call that the brakes were fine. They would clean them up and my car would be ready in a few hours. Great service. more

My girl friend was involved in a minor fender bender caused by someone pulling out in front of her. Aurora took 3 WEEKS to fix a front bumper! Not only did they keep the car they bothered to inform me that she could drive the car instead of paying for a rental while we wait for the parts. I constantly called for updates and I was always told the same thing, ""Someone will call you between 12 and 3"" and nobody ever did. Finally when my girlfriend did pick up the car she found it sitting on the street unlocked and it had been there all day unlocked. I also noticed that I was missing some paper work. I sent my girlfriend back in there and she collected it while I was on the phone. I asked to speak to the woman she was working with. I asked why was my car left unlocked on the street and said that because the cars are moved around it was ""Impossible"" to lock them. I said no it was not impossible it takes 10 seconds. Then I asked why she did not give all of the paperwork to my girlfriend. She LIED and said she did. I corrected her and said only after my girlfriend came back in did she get all of the paperwork. During this time my girl friend watched her roll her eyes and shaking her head. She had a serious attitude problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I notified her that I lodged a complaint with my insurance company and they would be investigating the matter. STAY AWAY from this place! After a h i t and run, my 2 weeks old car had a dent and I was desperate to get it fixed. The first time I came in Aurora Collision Center, they gave me an estimate and promised me that it will look new again. They were really friendly, dealt with the insurance and arranged the rental car. Three days later, I came to pick it up and sure enough, there weren't any slightest hint that it was h i t before. Not only that, they also cleaned the interior of my car. Dependable and great workmanship! more
