We took our car in for repair, All seemed OK until we paid. They double swiped our debit card for the amount owed 469.00. on a Friday. I notified them Monday morning of the double charge. Tuesday morning@ 9:15 I was told that my account would be credited with in 4 to 6 hours. I check the account @ 4:00 PM and the account had not been credited at that time. I called Aurora Collision, they said they would call their bank and let me know. I want you to know this was the owner I was talking to. This is not acceptable, very poor customer service. I want to mention I am an Assistant Vice President of Operations of a local Bank and this customer service is not acceptable. I will be taking my auto body service to Moores Auto Body on north aurora.?
