Treated nice and friendly. Mechanic Steve Robinson came out and talked about my car and told me some other things that needed work done in the near future. He's a great mechanic. I recommended him and recommend this dealer for work. more

Always fast and efficient, they tell you the truth about your vehicle wether it's good or bad! My tip...People have real Man work on your vehicles not Boys from Jiffy Lube play with them! more

Closest VW dealer to where I live - 20 minutes 3/3/2014

Lisa was amazing to deal with. There were a couple of things that came up that I didn't like and she very calmly and professionally did some research and explained the situation to me. Absolutely the best customer service I have received from a rep at Auburn VW. She alone will be the reason I continue to have my car serviced there. more

Not Bellevue 2/22/2014

The staff was nice and engaging. They were honest and made sure to check in on me while I was waiting. Afterwards they even washed my car, which is way more than the VW in Bellevue ever did for me. more
