Much better than 5 years ago. Good changes have been made by APS. Most contacts have been with Candace and Allison. They have been extremely helpful. They are clear with communications and with timely manner. We could not do any better. more

Horrible experience 3/24/2011

I have never been more frustrated. This company is being used by my HOA commitee to field questions that I have as a new condo owner but they are not knowlegable at all about my property or our HOA guidelines. They charge for everything and at a ridiculous rate and have been rude and evasive when I ask for help. My rep Candace says that she really cant help me with anything outside of sending me the CC&Rs that even she doesnt understand. They do not supply us with resources to help understand them either and were rude when I asked if they retained any legal counsel (which they dont) to help them manage the confusing HOA guidelines these days.. I have asked to review the last few years of bookkeeping but still have not gotten anything and when I do she says that it will cost me 10c a page. Thanks APS for your wonderful customer service. more

APS is helpful with our APS management. We are a small HOA, and we tend to do a lot of stuff ourselves, like our budget and annual mailings (with disclosures). Aps makes it easy for us to do some things and for them to do the rest, and in the end, everything gets done. more

Shocked At All The Good Reviews Must Be Employees Or Board.. 2/19/2011

...members they are helping to do some crazy things. We have since fired them. Going through e-mails and the like it is clear they had at the very minimum been aware of some crazy things board members were doing that caused multiple assessments and hardships to homeowners. Other things they did is send unlicensed handyman to do work and charge exhorbitant amount. His name was Matt Mitchell. Some of the work seemed non-existant, verified by hour pool guy and some of it was plain ridiculous- to pop 3 ceilling tiles in ceiling $1,900 and give us the leftovers in a box. Cutting checks to president same invoice 2 times. The list goes on quite a bit and includes a lot of damage. I find these other reviews laughable. Please contact me if you have experienced same. more
