No Customer Service 1/3/2011

I have called at least 4 times in regards to our laundry facility within the last 2 months and still to this date 1/2/2011 it has not been taken care of. Yes, I have left messages and that's all you can do. No live representative to take your call. Also, our unit was flooded and they said they would not cover any of the repairs or hotel stays. I am all about customer service and this company does not have any type of customer service. more

When I call, although I sometimes have to leave a message, I always get a call back and the matter is taken care of in a courteous manner. Veronica Karna, our representative is very nice, and very effecient, with our Association's Account. I enjoy working with her very much. All of your representatives are also very courteous. more

Much better than 5 years ago. Good changes have been made by APS. Most contacts have been with Candace and Allison. They have been extremely helpful. They are clear with communications and with timely manner. We could not do any better. more
