Holy cow I'm surprised by these negative reviews. Granted, our small HOA uses APS only for bookkeeping (pay bills, collect HOA dues, monthly financials, taxes) but they've always been responsive, quick and reasonably priced. more

In the last year, no management company/escrow department has been as timely and friendly as my experience this morning. A call was returned within two minutes regarding owner occupancy and delinquency questions. This is almost unheard of. Lately, in order to receive this information from other companies, one would have to jump through hoops (i.e. several calls, voicemails, and emails).\r \r I will be recommending APS to any owner/developer that I run into. more

I have found this company to be fantastic - more specifically Candace Shannon is amazing. Maybe it depends who you get assigned to your community. I have lived in my unit and attended HOA board meetings since 2006. I have served as the board president for the last few years. In the time that I have been here, we have gone through several property management companies and never had anyone as organized and on top of things as Candace. She does an incredible job! She seems to care about our property as much we do. She is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with - we really enjoy working with her. more

One of the better HOA Management companies out there. I am a Residential Property Manager and I deal with a lot of HOA management companies. They are quick to respond to my needs whether it is a maintenance issue or needing a letter explaining something for my client's refinance. My community manager Amber is quick to reply to my emails and you can actually reach her when calling and dialing her extension. I have called many management companies only to get sent to voice mails of the community manager's assistant and never get a call back. I recommend APS. more
