...members they are helping to do some crazy things. We have since fired them. Going through e-mails and the like it is clear they had at the very minimum been aware of some crazy things board members were doing that caused multiple assessments and hardships to homeowners. Other things they did is send unlicensed handyman to do work and charge exhorbitant amount. His name was Matt Mitchell. Some of the work seemed non-existant, verified by hour pool guy and some of it was plain ridiculous- to pop 3 ceilling tiles in ceiling $1,900 and give us the leftovers in a box. Cutting checks to president same invoice 2 times. The list goes on quite a bit and includes a lot of damage. I find these other reviews laughable. Please contact me if you have experienced same.
