I have never been more frustrated. This company is being used by my HOA commitee to field questions that I have as a new condo owner but they are not knowlegable at all about my property or our HOA guidelines. They charge for everything and at a ridiculous rate and have been rude and evasive when I ask for help. My rep Candace says that she really cant help me with anything outside of sending me the CC&Rs that even she doesnt understand. They do not supply us with resources to help understand them either and were rude when I asked if they retained any legal counsel (which they dont) to help them manage the confusing HOA guidelines these days.. I have asked to review the last few years of bookkeeping but still have not gotten anything and when I do she says that it will cost me 10c a page. Thanks APS for your wonderful customer service.
