I have had an Aspen Spa for 15 years and the employees are great until recently. I ordered a new cover and requested service. I was put off twice and they couldn't commit to a time on the day promised. They seem to be extremely disorganized and very unreliable. I am surprised but hope they reevaluate their serivce system and get back on track. Maybe they need to hire additional people??? I look forward to them making necessary changes to improve the customer care. more

The folks at Aspen Spas have been helpful over the last few years. I do not have one of their spas but their attitude and service have been outstanding. I recently checked my spa and all the water was gone. Tom at Aspen helped me diagnose the issue so that it was a plug that came loose and not a major pump replacement. The are the best. more

Love the local feel with Aspen Spas. They came recommended by friends and family, but you still have to check things out for your self. Great staff that allowed us to come in and ""test"" soak. We came several times to ask questions, comparison shop and just be thorough. We never felt pressured and they were great with ensuring we had what we wanted. They had it installed built and installed quickly. We had one minor issue and they were out to address it that day!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a spa in the STL area. The local and personal touch makes the process much easier. Plus you get a great deal!! more

We bought our Spa 2 years ago and have really enjoyed it and had good luck with it. Aspen Spas was very easy to work with and made the purchasing expenence very informative. They have been friendly and accessible when I have had questions. They run specials on chemicals and even have a free chemical class on Saturday mornings. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a spa. It's great to support your local STL businesses!! Thanks Jimmy more

We have had an Aspen Hot Tub since 2002. It was probably one of the best purchases my wife and I have made since being married for 31 years! When it's time to relax it's perfect. When we have freinds over just to hang out, relax and talk, it's perfect! Again we have had this hot tub for 10 years now. \r \r We have only had some minor repairs required, but we always keep our water balanced correctly with chemicals.\r \r When we have needed service, Aspen has been very responsive in satisfying our needs. Their prices are very reasonable, unlike many of the appliance or AC repair companies. Plusd they know hot tubs.\r \r When/if we ever require a new hot tube, Aspen will be first on our list.\r \r Craig and Cindy Tapperson more

We've owned our spa from Aspen Spas for 5/31/2012

We've owned our spa from Aspen Spas for about 6 years now and it still runs as well as it did new. When we were looking for one originally, I was surprised to see that they were actually a manufacturer here in St. Louis, not just a dealer. That attracted us immediately to check them out as a local business. Right away we were offered a tour of the facility and actually got to see spas in various stages of production. This satisfied the techy geek in me, and was really impressive. They've always been pleasant to work with and the same people are always there, and know our spa. Great place. more

We purchased our spa from Aspen Spas 5/24/2012

We purchased our spa from Aspen Spas because they are a local company. We visited their store after a hospital visit with our daughter and they encouraged us to come back with our swim suits. They bent over backwards accommodating my daughter who is paralyzed to make sure that we received everything per the doctorâ??s orders for her needs in a hot tub. The service was tremendous in house as well as at our home. If we have had a concern our question they have been there to answer it very quickly. As first time hot tub owners they helped educated us on the use and maintenance of this tub. We are very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone interested in a spa. more

Brought a Hot Tub from Aspen Spas 3 5/24/2012

Brought a Hot Tub from Aspen Spas 3 years ago from Dick, great guy who was very knowledgeable and stood behind their product. I only had a few minor issues with the Hot Tub, but one call to Dick resolved these quickly. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a Hot Tub to stop by Aspen Spas for a Local Hot Tub manufacture that stands behind their products. more

We choose Aspen Spa because it was a local business. It was the best decision ever, they are so fast, friendly, courteous. We have only had one problem with our hot tub in 4 years and they came right out and took care of it . If you looking at getting a tub look no further! more

Great family run business 5/23/2012

My husband and I are impulse buyers and rarely research before making a purchase, however, we did our homework before purchasing our hottub. We visited a homeshow, many websites and a few stores and it was obvious that Aspen Spas was the best choice. The first draw was, of course, the price. We were suprised at the size tub and features we could get for far less than the competion. We have used our tub several times weekly for the past five years with no problems. This is a family run business with personal service. Each person that I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. They always have the supplies that I need and are happy to answer my questions. An added bonus is JoJo the dog who ""works"" at the store on weekends as the official greeter. more

Second tub owner 5/22/2012

I bought my first tub in 1999 and it lasted 12 years with very little trouble. When I traded it in for a new one it was still working. They had a great sale and I knew mine would eventually wear out so I took advantage of the sale. They make their own tubs and the quality is better than those made elsewhere(my opinion). The folks have always been pleasant and professional and accomodating. I will only my tubs from them. more

Top Notch Quality and Service 5/22/2012

After almost five years of almost daily use my hot tub looks almost a good as it did the day it was delivered. And I have not found anyone more knowledgable about water chemistry - we had a real challenge with chlorine and bromine sensitivity. And how many service departments will walk you through trouble shooting for the do it your self'er? This saved me the $ for a service call, but it was good to know I could always call if necessary. also due to a move, I enlisted Aspen's services to relocate the hot tub to our new home and observed the same care and attention as with the original install and setup. I could not imagine dealing with anyone else. more

Very Pleased 5/22/2012

Purchased our Avalanch hot tub in 2004 from Aspen. We were given a tour of the manufacturing plant and allowed to watch them build a hot tub. The workmanship of ours has been outstanding, only 1 minimal repair has been needed in 8 years. There is nothing better than sitting in a hot tub in the Saint Louis winter watching it snow. I would definately recommend buying from Aspen Spas. more

Aspen is the best! 5/22/2012

I have owned my tub for many years and could not be happier with it. I have only experienced a few minor issues and the service on it was prompt and very reasonble. I also purchase all of my chemicals from them and the the entire Baniak family and staff are great to work with. I would never consider going anywhere else. Have also referred several people to Aspen for new tubs and everyone I have sent has been extremely happy with the product as well as the wonderful service they recieve. more

Tried and True - Aspen Spas is Awesome 5/22/2012

We bought our spa from Aspen ten years ago and it's working (and looks like) it did the first day it was installed. We'd researched spas and have never regretted, or even questioned, our purchase decision. The spa comfortably holds 8 people. We've had 2 service calls in 10 years, and the bill was so reasonable. We purchase all our products from Aspen, as well, and the prices and also extremely reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about this family-owned company. (I have not been requested by Aspen Spas to write this review, nor have I received any sort of rebate or compensation to do so). This company is A+ in my book, and I just want to spread the good word to anyone looking for a spa, as I've spread the word to my friends, who have also been extremely pleased w/ their Aspen Spa purchase. more
