We have had an Aspen Hot Tub since 2002. It was probably one of the best purchases my wife and I have made since being married for 31 years! When it's time to relax it's perfect. When we have freinds over just to hang out, relax and talk, it's perfect! Again we have had this hot tub for 10 years now. \r

We have only had some minor repairs required, but we always keep our water balanced correctly with chemicals.\r

When we have needed service, Aspen has been very responsive in satisfying our needs. Their prices are very reasonable, unlike many of the appliance or AC repair companies. Plusd they know hot tubs.\r

When/if we ever require a new hot tube, Aspen will be first on our list.\r
