Aspen Spas - Local, Family Owned 5/21/2012

We purchased our spa from Aspen in 2003. It is a local and family owned business; our spa was manufactured right here. We've been happily working with the same friendly, helpful people (and dogs!) for almost 10 years. They know us and our equipment. Because we do not live close, Aspen ships our chemical order quickly and without charge. When you support a family business you are not helping a CEO buy a second vacation home, you are helping a little girl take dance lessons or a young boy get a team jersey or parents put food on the table and make the mortgage. Everything you need for your spa! 5/21/2012

I own an older model Aspen Spa (The Cascade) that I bought in 1997. It's been a great spa over the years, and recently I've needed some replacement parts and have had no problem finding everything I've needed. The sales and service people have been friendly and helpful making sure what I order is shipped quickly. I live in Illinois and appreciate the great service. more

Wouldn't go anywhere else! 5/21/2012

My family has been a customer since 1998. They're quality is so high, we still have the same spa we bought 14 years ago -- and it runs like the day it was installed! Not just for winter anymore, we keep the water at air temperature in the summer: it's like having a little pool right in our back yard -- but with jets! They're a great investment for our climate, since they're a lot easier and less expensive to maintain than a pool and you can use it all year long. As all good things do come to an end eventually, I won't go anywhere else when the day finally comes for a new spa. But that day is nowhere in sight. They're staff is friendly and helpful and because they make everything right here in St. Louis City, parts, products, and service are just a few miles away. Support our local businesses! more

5 Stars for Aspen Spas 5/21/2012

It has been about 5 years now since we purchased our Spa from Aspen. It was not only a great decision to purchase a spa, but a great decision to purchase it from Aspen. A neighbor of ours had just gotten their spa delivered from Aspen and raved about the service. I am not one who enjoys shopping around. I don't have time for that. We went to Aspen and received personal service, which made the whole process easy. We were given the entire cost up front. Other companies advertise a lower price, but it doesn't include delivery or installation and I certainly couldn't possibly do either of those things on my own. We feel so good about our relationship with Aspen, that we drive out of our way to their show room to get all of our supplies! more

I looked everywhere in the St. Louis area and online trying to find the best product. Aspen had the right features, price and availability. The spa has been trouble free and is so enjoyable year round. The staff is great. Thank you. more

Great Decision! 5/21/2012

We were not sure which direction to go when we decided to purchase our first hot tub. We were looking on line and in different stores and couldn't decide whether to take a chance in order to save a few dollars then we came across Aspen Spas at a Home Show and we got the best of both worlds. \r We have had nothing but success with them and they have helped us in many ways since this was our first hot tub.\r If we ever need another hot tub we will definetly go back to Aspen Spas! more

We were hot tub novices 7 yrs ago and we found Aspen folks were patient and very well informed. Since they make the tubs there, we got exactly what we wanted. We've had one repair (excellent) and have had excellent results buying supplies there as well. more

Spa service and supplies 5/21/2012

I have had my spa from Aspen Spa for about ten years, now. It is my second one. I decided the first one was not what I wanted and was very pleased that the staff at Aspen worked with me to replace it with what I wanted. They are professional, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.\r \r Over the years I have been able to resolve a spa problem with a simple phone call. The one time that my problem was more difficult, the technician came out and took care of the problem. Great People with a Wealth of Spa Knowledge 5/21/2012

Aspen Spas is tops in customer service. When we purchased our home 3 years ago we also became owners of an Aspen Spa. Shortly after I contacted them with questions regarding proper care and maintenance. They transferred everything into my name and treated me like the original purchaser from the beginning. The people at Aspen have always been very helpful and have provided me with many great tips over the last few years. They're friendly, courteous and always know what advice to give. Any service I've ever had them do has been on time and very well done. When it's time to buy another spa, Aspen will be the place I go. more

Aspen Spa is like family! A 5/21/2012

I purchased a home in fenton, about a year ago. The home came with this gorgeous hot tub. I looked it up and found out it was from Aspen, they transfered all my info into the system, and even showed me how to take care of it. I was nervous when getting this home because of the spa, but they were willing to help me out every step of the way. I looked into other companies but it seems like there is a charge for everything you need. The point here is, if you have any questions or concerns give Aspen a call because they treat you like family and are always willing to go the extra mile. more

We bought our spa from Aspen 6 years ago and could not be happier. The whole experience from purchase of the spa to buying chemicals has been fabulous. The owners, Dick and Sam, are truly involved and spend the time with you to make sure you are getting the spa, sauna, accessories, etc... that fit your needs and lifestyle. I cannot say enough about the quality of our spa and the staff at Aspen!! I have recommended them to friends and family. more

Aspen gives a whole new meaning to ""family business!"" When you buy your spa from the Aspen, you feel as though you have made a purchase from someone that treats you like a member of their family. I bought my spa more than a decade ago...that should tell you about the quality of the hottub. I buy my chemicals, my spa covers, my hottub pillows...all the things one needs to enjoy the comfort of an investment. \r Aspen also helped me with the purchase of my sauna. This company is one stop shopping for your spa and sauna needs. I advise you to steer clear of out of town spas, as I had one and it was difficult to get parts and service. That is why I switched to Aspen...locally owned, locally serviced, and best of all...they know their customers and give the extra effort and appreciation. \r more

In the past 14 years we have bought 2 hot tubs from Aspen Spa's and have been nothing short of completely satisfied with our experience. The hot tubs are reliable and well crafted. Best of all, the staff is knowledgeable, honest and friendly. They even let you try the hot tubs out if you brought a suit. I have recommended them over and over again to friends. more

If you are going to buy a hot tub, definitely get it from Aspen Spas! It's a family-run business, and they bend over backwards to help you, whether it's with the purchase of a new hot tub, the service of an existing one, or the purchase of products to maintain the hot tub. They are honest, very reasonably priced, and always out to help you. I have been so impressed with this company, and I have referred my family and friends to them, without hesitation. Their showroom is awesome, and you can show up in your swim suit and try out the various tubs/features. You will not regret buying your hot tub/spa from Aspen Spas. We've had our hot tub for 8 years, and it's still awesome! more

We've owned our Aspen Arcadia spa since 2010 and we couldn't be more pleased with the value, the quality, and the follow-up care and advice! We are pleased to have used a local manufacturer, and loved the opportunity to try the tubs and jets in their showroom, Our salesman Dick is always available to help us with tub upkeep and recommending products. Aspen Spas treats you like family! 5/20/2012

Aspen Spas staff is there to help you choose, install and maintain your spa. I tested out all the models in the showroom and ended up buying a tub that I wouldn't have even considered before taking a dunk. They custom build your spa on-site and get it to you in the time frame that they promised. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! more
