We bought our Spa 2 years ago and have really enjoyed it and had good luck with it. Aspen Spas was very easy to work with and made the purchasing expenence very informative. They have been friendly and accessible when I have had questions. They run specials on chemicals and even have a free chemical class on Saturday mornings.
