Review content:
Called Arnold & Sons - phone call was immediately picked up by Jennifer. Explained my problem. She placed me on hold for a quick minute to contact a service person to see if he was available. George arrived had the problem fixed with in 10 minutes. He gave a suggestion as to the age and possible continued problems we might experience, suggest that we may want to replace the fixture. We did just that, all took less than an hour.
Excellent Customer Service.
