Worst

$257 to fix a leaky faucet!?! Really? And to try to charge me a 'trouble' fee for coming from Oro Valley, when your business address is on Broadway within 3 miles from my home???

Never Got Back to Me 5/19/2011

I am in the market for a heat pump to be installed. Steve the estimator/field supervisor came by last Friday, took ten minutes to inspect everything, and said that I'd have to wait, that he could not give an estimate at that time. I called him back the following Tuesday, still nothing. It is now Thursday afternoon and still no word back from him. This is not the type of company I want to do business with. I've now called someone else who'll be at the house in the morning. more

I was told billing would be hourly, but was billed a flat rate 4/28/2011

On 2/11/2011, I called to have 2 lavatory faucets replaced. I was quoted an hourly rate to have the work done. After the work was done, I was billed a flat rate which looked higher than the hourly rate might have been. I called to complain, but nothing was done. I am still irritated by this, and wonder if this is the company that should work on my house's plumbing in the future. more

Excellent service and skilled technicians. 3/12/2011

I am very pleased to have found Arico Plumbing. After I repeatedly tried to unclog my water line, the very skilled Arico technician came out and did not give up until he unclogged the line. He tried different strategies. Another time, a technician quickly and expertly fixed my leaking pipe. The technicians are friendly and professional, and always promptly came back to fix anything that was not completed satisfactorily for whatever reason. more

Great service even on Christmas eve... 3/7/2011

Being a homeowner for over 30 years and dealing with many, many plumbers (I always purchase older homes), I appreciated the great service that Arico provided. I found out about them in the yellow pages on Christmas eve, desperate for a plumber to fix a faucet that would not shut off. My regular plumbing company didn't even pick up the phone. Kenny G. arrived on time and fixed the problem. I am so grateful to have a plumbing company like Arico in Tucson. more

Excellent service. 2/25/2011

We called at 12:30pm on a Friday and they had a guy come out by 2pm that same day! I wasn't even charged an "emergency fee". The plumber was fast, knowledgeable, and the rates were reasonable. I am so happy to have found such a good company! more

Great Service 2/25/2011

We received great service from Kenny G at Arico Plumbing. Our hot water heater stopped working last night. They were able to come out the same day and at the time we needed. Kenny was very professional, even answering some questions about water heaters in general. All of this at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thanks! more

Excellent professional services 6/10/2010

I had my house completely repiped. Steve and his crew of Kenny and Mike came out and completely walked me through the process and timeframe. Kenny and Mike did an excellent job. Before the end of day two, Steve came out again and did a walk through with Kenny as to the progress and performance of work done. I am 100% satisfied with the work done and have no hesitation to call on them again for future plumbing needs. more

Poor Service and High Prices 6/19/2009

I scheduled a preventative maintenance appointment to check everything out. A fan motor was found to be going out because of it drawing high amps and had an old film line where it had been leaking grease or lubricant from inside. I question about the price, and without checking, the technician said $450. I asked him if he needed to check this part, and he responded "they are all the same". I then looked at all the dirt and dust collected around the cindenser coil and asked if he was supposed to clean all that out as part of the service and he responded :I can clean it if you want. I sent him on his way immedietly. I call another big name service provider the next day. They came, replaced the moter, after an estimated $300, and cleaned the unit, which they said should have been included in the original service. Beware. That is the reason I submitted this. more

Reliable. Highly Recommend. 6/2/2009

I first used Arico Plumbing about 5 years ago to fix a pipe that was broken between 2 bathrooms. They did such a fabulous job -- that was what sold me on them. Tom, who came out to do that first big job, had to crawl through a muddy space to fix the problem. He did such good work that I have continued to use them over the years. Another thing I appreciate about Arico Plumbing is that they are reliable. If there are any problems after they have finished the job, they will come back out and fix them for you. Delia Zoffman more

Water line replacemarnt 5/26/2009

Right from the start Steve Griffin was a wealth of information. He proposed several scenarios as to the best way to sollve my problem of a leak between the meter and my home. David and Raul completed the job in a very timely, couteous, & proffesional manner. As far as I'm concerned they both deserve a pay raise. I really do not go on line to say how pleased I have been with service, however this really needed the extra attention from myself as I truely received it from your employees. I just hope this doesn't fall upon deaf ears. I was so impressed that I have recommended your company to my sister Dawn. She will be looking for bids on a new A/C sys for her home. I just hope you are able to satisfy her as well as you have me. more

Rob, an AriCo Plumbing technician, replaced and installed a water heater in my Tucson home, this morning. His expertise was obvious. His genuine knowledge of plumbing was over-the-top. Very professional. Happy with results. 5/6/2009

We have used Arico Plumbing twice. First, we used them for a minor problem and they did a good job. Most recently, we called them because we had a clogged drain.
