Worst

$257 to fix a leaky faucet!?! Really? And to try to charge me a 'trouble' fee for coming from Oro Valley, when your business address is on Broadway within 3 miles from my home???

Water heater replacement 10/25/2012

Roger came to our house and replaced our water heater. he was so knowledgeable and incredibly personable. Would recommend him to anyone. If we require other services, I know who to call. more

Prompt and efficient water heater replacement 5/11/2012

Kenny arrived on time. My previous heater was 15 yr old, so a couple of changes were req'd to bring my installation up to code. He explained what he was going to do, and got to work. The cost ended up being more than the website said, but I understand extra work/parts were needed for code updating, plus my hot water recirculator pump. I would not hesitate to use Arico again. more

First time I used Arico, Roger came right on time. He explained how he analyzed the problem and what it would take to fix it. He showed me his work afterward and explained Arico's warrantee. I will absolutely call Arico again for all plumbing in the future. more
