I scheduled a preventative maintenance appointment to check everything out. A fan motor was found to be going out because of it drawing high amps and had an old film line where it had been leaking grease or lubricant from inside. I question about the price, and without checking, the technician said $450. I asked him if he needed to check this part, and he responded "they are all the same". I then looked at all the dirt and dust collected around the cindenser coil and asked if he was supposed to clean all that out as part of the service and he responded :I can clean it if you want. I sent him on his way immedietly. I call another big name service provider the next day. They came, replaced the moter, after an estimated $300, and cleaned the unit, which they said should have been included in the original service. Beware. That is the reason I submitted this.
