Worst

$257 to fix a leaky faucet!?! Really? And to try to charge me a 'trouble' fee for coming from Oro Valley, when your business address is on Broadway within 3 miles from my home???

Always knowledgable and fast and courtesy is a plus. 11/21/2011

Disapointed 11/13/2011

I was very disappointed in the service I received while Arico was replacing the water line into my house. 1) They left my front yard a muddy mess. They poured muddy water that came from the water jet process all down my drive way and made no attempt what so ever to clean it up. The place was left with mud and trash all over, The was only a very minimal attempt to clean up 2) They Stole 20 dollars worth of pluming parts that I purchased at Lowes to make a temporary water connection to my house. This is one of the few things they cleaned up, I give the crew credit for installing a new water facet. THANK YOU very much for doing that more

I will never use another company. 11/4/2011

Arico is the only plumbing company that I use. It began last year when Arico was the only plumber who would rescue us on Christmas eve. Since then they have fixed two wall leaks and most recently installed a new kitchen sink. Their plumbers are timely, professional, clean and capable..They are truly a company that cares. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE ON PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE 9/27/2011

Benjamin from ARICO may have saved me hundreds of dollars in damage from ruptured pipe. He replaced my PRV that controls the water pressure coming to my house and educated me on how maintain the proper water pressure. more
