$257 to fix a leaky faucet!?! Really? And to try to charge me a 'trouble' fee for coming from Oro Valley, when your business address is on Broadway within 3 miles from my home???

I am recommending Arico to all my neighbors and will definitely use them again if the need arises. more

Shower faucet 11/15/2013

I was expecting a major repair requiring the opening up of an outer wall to replace an inoperative shower faucet. Kenny came out and inspected the bad faucet. It was nothing more than a bad cartridge. The faucet put up quite a fight due to calcium build-up. Kenny had the correct tools and parts on the truck to do the entire repair. Works like new. The price for the labor and parts was very reasonable too. I have used Arico in the past to re-pipe my entire house and will continue to call on them when there is a job I can't handle. It is because of people like Kenny that I call on Arico for help. more

Fast service 10/24/2013

My stuck/leaking tub spout, and old sink faucet were replaced using hardware that I had previously purchased. Leonard was friendly and professional. Will recommend to friends/family. more

Excellent service!! 8/22/2013

Called this morning, Aug 22, 2013, regarding what I thought was a small leak in an outside water pipe. Victor came at the specified time, found the leak I was concerned about and while attempting to repair the leak realized I had a much more extensive problem. The issue was old galvanized pipes that were corroded, broken, and bent. He could have chosen to just repair the leak I called about, but his professionalism and concern regarding possible future problems had him show me the issues and his recommendations. I totally agreed with him and told him to make the necessary repairs. My thanks to Victor and Arico for the professionalism and excellent customer service. more

Total home replumb and bathroom remodel 7/25/2013

After doing my research and getting several estimates I decided to hire Airco to replumb my entire home from polybutylene to aquapex and to help with plumbing work I needed to convert a tub to a shower. Steve was courteous when we arrived promptly for the estimate. He thoroughly explained the scope of the job. And in a timely manner (less than 30 minutes) provided me with a written estimate. On the scheduled start date, Steve and Kenny arrived on time. They kept my home as clean as possible and did clean up at the end of each day. They kept me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend Airco. I would use Airco again in the future and I will request Steve and/or Kenny to perform the work if available. Thank you Airco Plumbing. more

It is amazing how arrogant these people are. Thay actually believe they are doing the customer a huge favor by even talking to them on the phone. I had a negative experience and I would not ever call them again. Disingenuous. more

They state in ad that do not charge for overtime. i had called them with emergency at 3.00 and 4. 25 , 2 times, they said no plumber available, come on i needed emergency service, Lowsey company, Called joe platinum plumbing, go the job done , do not call this company rip off , false advertizing/ more

Good quality but way overpriced 3/8/2013

Professional team that looks to be well run and organized. The quality of work they did was good. However once the work was done I was handed a bill more than twice what I had been led to believe or frankly had imagined for such a small amount of work compared to other plumbing projects I've had done. To their credit they gave me tips before hand of small things I could do myself to save paying their rates which I did. In the end I was floored by the price tag. Be sure you get the estimate in writing. If you are OK with the price you can assume the work will be good quality. For me however I will look at other options if I need a propane line put in. more

A number of items requiring attention prior to renting household 2/26/2013

Roger was an excellent representative of ARICO. Once he began work he simply didn't stop (not even for a cup of coffee when offered) until all the items were complete. Roger and employees like Roger is THE reason why we continue to return to ARICO for all our plumbing and heating needs. He provided the type of Customer service we have come to expect from this firm. I feel like I can trust ARICO to provide the best in advise and plumbing expertise. Thanks. What a great job! more

Main line backup - Septic 2/22/2013

I had a backup in the main line today and was needing someone to come out to the house and snake it. I called several plumbers and they all said they would not be able to come out until tomorrow. I called Arico and they were able to come out right away. Roger was really professional and explained to me what he would have to do so I knew what to expect. He cleared the line quickly and thoroughly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He gave me a 30 day warranty on his work. Thank you Roger. I will be sure to contact Arico the next time I need a Plummer and will ask for them to send Roger! more

Clogged Sink Drain, and pipe problems 11/28/2012

Great service, very timely response. Roger was great. Not only did he do a great job, he explained everything that he thought we needed to know before he did it.
