Called this morning, Aug 22, 2013, regarding what I thought was a small leak in an outside water pipe. Victor came at the specified time, found the leak I was concerned about and while attempting to repair the leak realized I had a much more extensive problem. The issue was old galvanized pipes that were corroded, broken, and bent. He could have chosen to just repair the leak I called about, but his professionalism and concern regarding possible future problems had him show me the issues and his recommendations. I totally agreed with him and told him to make the necessary repairs. My thanks to Victor and Arico for the professionalism and excellent customer service.
