My experience over the last five years has been exceptional. I first heard about you from my cousin, Richard Germoles. I am sure glad he told me about you. Now I tell my friends.
I like most how you listen when I have a problem and then you all do your utmost to solve it. However, a few days ago, I was unable to start my car there at your "Scotts Corner" and I was told it was fixed and it did start right up. So for a few days the car started right up. But yesterday, after 3 stops and then getting it to start up, the third time the car would not start up. I had to call my AAA to bring me to you. So the original contact for help was not solved and I don't understand why. This not solved situation has never happened with you all before. Why wasn't the starter checked three days ago instead of yesterday. Well I quess it is a matter of living and learning. Anyway, you are all great and you all work hard to do it right. Well we are all human, right?
