DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!! Two months ago they showed up ""fixed"" one of commercial dryers and collected payment for the parts that had to be ordered of two others in amount of $475. Ensured several times they would return within two weeks. Nothing! I called at least 50 times since; they answered my call twice just to give me falls impression of their return. All other calls were ignored. I am retaining an attorney to sue the company for embezzlement, malpractice and fraud!!! more

Service man was very helpful. The company will also come out and give free estimates, which most appliance companies don't offer. more

Had a problem with my stove, they came out a few hours after I called them. They were fast and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with them. I recommended them to friends and they were please too! more

Hero!!!! i called these guys out after my fridge broke and I had just done a $400 food order. They were able to come out and fix my fridge within a couple hours!! Not only didthey fix it they dd it fast and at a very fair price!! love them, would call back any time more

On 2/3 I contacted the appliance doctor because my washer machine broke down and I've never had this problem before so oppose to me looking online and checking them out and the reviews I just went through the yellow pages book and found them I called and he stated to me that there was no charge to come to your home and so I set up the appointment and thought great he'll tell me whats wrong and then fix the problem, he came to my house and I wasn't home but my mother was and her not understanding the problem he proceeded to ask my mother for $157.00 for a part he had to order and stated to my mom it would be in either Monday or Tuesday... It's been almost two weeks and still no part and no money I called requesting my money back and he proceeded to be aggressive and VERY RUDE... I believe he took advantage of my mother and its not right and I plan to let everyone know not to do business with this company NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! more

I had the appliance doctor out to fix my dryer this past April..the thermal fuse kit needed to be replaced..after they charged me 180.00,I looked on the Internet and found they charged me triple for this part. He had to come back out the next day,as whatever he did to dryer,it caused a horrible squeaking noise..He said I had a year long warranty..when my dryer died last week,another company came out and said the thermal fuse kit was gone..I called appliance doctor and he refused to stand behind the yr warranty unless he did the work himself..this guy is horrible..don't ever use him. more

The worst service experience I have ever had! I called them to fix my washer and they showed up the next day to look at the problem. They needed to order the part which I had to pay for up front and they came back 4 days later to install it. They showed up and installed the new part. After technician left I started the washer and it was leaking worse than before they serviced it. I called them back to notify them there still was a problem they said they wouldn't be able to come back to fix it for another week after I paid them for the parts and service. When I questioned them why would it take so long to come back they hung up the phone on me. I called them back and got no answer. These people are not professional at all and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This review was removed from Superpages along with other multiple negative reviews. more

NEVER use this service because you don't know who you are going to end up dealing with. We had a positive first experience with this company so we called again. He didn't show on the scheduled day and time but claimed that he did and ""no one was home"" (this was not true). Rescheduled the day and time and he arrived a half hour late. Fine. Due to the changes my husband wasn't home and I was dealing with him alone. After his ""diagnosis"" I decided that we would be buying a new appliance rather than replacing a part. He then proceeded to do something I didn't ask him to do and asked me for $99. I see now on the website that they charge a flat rate for service, but doesn't it make sense to inform someone that the 30 second service you want to perform costs $99? When I questioned him on this, he became quickly frustrated. He started talking about how he had done a ""favor"" (I had no idea we were so close appliance doctor) and asked why I was treating him so poorly. Honestly, this confused me and I never want to treat someone badly or cheat someone out of money. I asked if he could send a bill for my husband to review. He said ""We don't bill."" When he tried to barter with me (""can you just throw me $80?"") I knew he was trying to rip me off. I don't want to think he was doing this because I was female, but I have a hard time imagining this conversation happening with my husband. When he realized I wasn't giving in, he proceeded to undo his ""service"" and storm out of my house like a diva. He then left my husband an f-word laden voice message to never call again. Noooo problem guy, good luck with your business. more

I would not recommend this loser to my worst enemy. Washer problem 10-17-10 appliance dr came out said couldn't fix but he had one in his truck bought it for $250 we had to screw it down to keep it from walking across floor. Stopped working in 8 months when he came back it was the transmission I paid another $180 asked him to fix the transmission but said had to order parts for the walking problem and would be back I called and called this rude nasty person and finally went to Mass Appliance and bought the parts myself in stock over the counter. Called him 4 times to install haven't heard from him. After $380.00 in 8 months I still have a machine that walks across the floor and can be heard next door. He didn't even put the top back on correctly he was in such a rush but took my money quick enough more
