I would not recommend this loser to my worst enemy. Washer problem 10-17-10 appliance dr came out said couldn't fix but he had one in his truck bought it for $250 we had to screw it down to keep it from walking across floor. Stopped working in 8 months when he came back it was the transmission I paid another $180 asked him to fix the transmission but said had to order parts for the walking problem and would be back I called and called this rude nasty person and finally went to Mass Appliance and bought the parts myself in stock over the counter. Called him 4 times to install haven't heard from him. After $380.00 in 8 months I still have a machine that walks across the floor and can be heard next door. He didn't even put the top back on correctly he was in such a rush but took my money quick enough
