I can't even rate this company, the level of dishonesty and stringing along that this company has is ridiculous... On 2/3 I contacted the appliance doctor because my washer machine broke down and I've never had this problem before so oppose to me looking online and checking them out and the reviews I just went through the yellow pages book and found them I called and he stated to me that there was no charge to come to your home and so I set up the appointment and thought great he'll tell me whats wrong and then fix the problem, he came to my house and I wasn't home but my mother was and her not understanding the problem he proceeded to ask my mother for $157.00 for a part he had to order and stated to my mom it would be in either Monday or Tuesday... It's been almost two weeks and still no part and no money I called requesting my money back and he proceeded to be aggressive and VERY RUDE... I believe he took advantage of my mother and its not right and I plan to let everyone know not to do business with this company NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!
