Wonderful experience 12/1/2018

Had to replace a 22 year old HVAC system. Wanted to put in ductless system. Couldn’t be happier with choice. Everyone we dealt with were helpful- explained everything so we understood. Dave took time to come here to check and re-check that what was being install was going to be right for the room. Installers were fantastic!! Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you to all involved- we love it. more

we had immediate service when a pipe burst . 11/29/2018

Both plumbers (Kenny & Danny) were professional and very helpful when we had the water pipe break. They fixed the line and gave us the ability to use our water a few hours after the incident. We would recommend Appleton Campbell to anyone who needs good repair work. more

Our thanks to Mike Loy, who on 19 November 2018, replaced our "broken" basement toilet with a new TOTO toilet. He provided us with the option to either replace the broken parts, or, to replace the old toilet itself. Although there was a price difference between the two options, we chose the latter based on Mike's recommendation, and because, in the past, your technicians have always provided us with the best guidance. Residential Plumbing Service Call 11/17/2018

Had a plumbing issue that needed prompt attention on a Saturday. Called in the morning and within 4 hrs. of my call plumbers Danny and Lee had come out, examined and corrected the problem, which fortunately turned out to be very minor. They were very helpful, gave us some suggestions for preventive maintenance too. Also very helpful were the Appleton Campbell ladies in the office I spoke with on the phone--wish I'd remembered to get their names! Not only did they arrange a prompt same-day service call, they also called me 20 mins. before the plumbers arrived to let me know the projected arrival time--much appreciated! Have used Appleton Campbell in the past and will do so in the future. They're a good company! more

Way over priced. Price gauging customers. 11/16/2018

Our well pump stopped working so we called Appleton. They were extremely nice on the phone and had their tech come out within a couple of hours. Darryl spent a total of 15 minutes checking things out then another half hour in his van. They charged me $49 service fee and $89 for an hour of service even though he only spent 15 minutes. They said the well pump was bad and they could replace it the next day. The quote to me was $2,950-$5,000 to replace the well pump! I got it done for $950 by GRB the next day. Talk about hostage pricing!! I would definitely NOT recommend them. Way over priced or just taking advantage of us? more

Best Service Ever 11/14/2018

Basement flooded on Sunday, called Appleton Campbell on someone's recommendation on Monday, guy came on Tues, everything fixed on Wed. This was a total non-emergency, just kind of a mess. Naturally, the "simple" repairs didn't go as planned, and Chad and Michael had a $@!#% of a time in my old house. But they stayed until everything was perfect, did all kinds of extra stuff like re-routing hoses, covering pumps, and vacuuming water messes they didn't make. Office and dispatch people could not have been nicer. Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Appleton Campbell!! more

Great work on our HVAC System 11/13/2018

Our HVAC unit was collecting mold and mildew and likely affecting the quality of our air throughout the house. Thanks to Davey, Roger, and Jesse, we now have the Air Scrubber system which will keep the system clean and mold free. Thanks so much for recommending and installing the system. We're very pleased and relieved! more

Very professional and informative 11/12/2018

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. It turned out my odor issue was not plumbing-related, but did help track it down, and pointed out a potential odor issue with an open trap, and what to do about it. Pointed out some potential safety issues left by a prior homeowner. more
