The total A/C experience was GREAT, from the initial schedule for the project review to the hand shake at the end of the project (very professional, friendly, informative on the equipment installed, cleaned up at the end of the project on a daily bases, etc, etc.). more

Positive experience with Dale 11/5/2018

Dale did an absolute amazing job today for us! We had a leak in our bathroom that ran to our kitchen. Dale was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and helped us understand the problem. My husband and I were very very pleased with the experience today. Dale is very good at his job. Thorough examination of problem and cost-effective solution. 10/28/2018

Seth did a thorough inspection to determine why my furnace wouldn’t start. The cutoff valve was tripped, but there was no apparent condition for it to happen again. Rather than replace a very expensive part, Seth and his boss decided not to replace the part. The furnace is running very well days later. They could have replaced the part without being conservative and I would have been none the wiser. more

All the techs that come to our house are like family. There are many aspects of home environment equipment and Appleton Campbell has a division for everything. All jobs have a set and published pricing parameter and all costs are discussed up front. There is a benefit to being a contract customer, we like that too. more

Requested Boiler/furnace repair 10/26/2018

They were overpriced with their estimate. Found one to replace the Boiler/Furnace for 1/3 of the estimate that I was given from Appleton Campbell. I would recommend getting estimates elsewhere. I am not paying for their new vehicle. more
