Our well pump stopped working so we called Appleton. They were extremely nice on the phone and had their tech come out within a couple of hours. Darryl spent a total of 15 minutes checking things out then another half hour in his van. They charged me $49 service fee and $89 for an hour of service even though he only spent 15 minutes. They said the well pump was bad and they could replace it the next day. The quote to me was $2,950-$5,000 to replace the well pump! I got it done for $950 by GRB the next day. Talk about hostage pricing!! I would definitely NOT recommend them. Way over priced or just taking advantage of us?
