Excellent service 1/30/2019

Although there was a minor bit of confusion with dispatch due to weather the service technician (Larry) arrived in the middle of a mild snow storm. With traffic delays to get her and having to park on the street he braved the long driveway. Upon arrival he was cheerful and professional. The job was done efficiently, he diagnosed the problem making sure it was not an ancillary item. All of the parts necessary where stocked on the truck. He wrapped up the work area and with a cheerful goodbye drudged through the snow to his truck. more

I had the toilets installed all in different levels. The estimators worked to give me the lowest price possible. The installers arrived when expected, were friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards leaving each place better than when they arrived. Drained and flushed my water heater for need too. more

Consistently excellent service 1/21/2019

I always turn to Appleton Campbell for my plumbing, electrical, and A/C installation and service. I recently remodeled mt kitchen, and Appleton Campbell did all of the associated plumbing and electrical upgrades, which were extensive in my 23 year old house. Highly recommended. more

Woke up with no heat 1/18/2019

Discovered that our furnace was not working, we reached out to Appleton Campbell and spoke to April, she and Shayne were very helpful in arranging to have a tech arrive in a reasonable time. Ethan called and arrived shortly. He was professional in every detail and explained what he would do and had the furnace running quickly. A good example of excellent customer service all around. My 97-year-old father needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Appleton-Campbell has someone at the house within a couple of hours, and a new faucet installed within a few hours! Excellent service and response! more

Fine Service 1/17/2019

Our 10 year old water heater went south and had to be replaced. The technicians arrived promptly, removed the old one and installed the new one quickly, quietly, and efficiently. All three were very courteous, pleasant, thoughtful, thorough, and professional. Cleanup was immaculate. Appleton Campbell also gave us a great financing deal with no interest for three years. more
