ACCES is a great facility and saved my dog after he ate rat bait that was sprinkled on the fence line between my house and my neighbors. My neighbor didn't tell me he had put the rat bait out (oddly enough, this was the first time he ever used rat bait) and being that my dog was a lab, he did all kinds of maneuvers to get to the rat bait. As soon as I realized what happened I rushed him in to ACCES, the front staff was kind and compassionate, they really took my emergency seriously. The technical staff was great, they used a bit of humor to take the edge off, and I really appreciated them trying to calm me down. I was a mess. He was in and out the same evening and I was so glad he was going to be OK. The cost was high, but I expected that. Its an emergency clinic, they do things on the spot, it has to be higher. I would like to thank everyone who help with my boy.
