My 9 month old cat Caesar recently had a blockage in his urethra, and was in critical condition when he was first brought to ACCESS. He spent almost a week at their facility, and I have nothing but good things to say. \r

Everyone on staff was kind, sympathetic and genuinely cared about the status of my cat. I received updates on his condition twice daily via telephone, and anytime I called in I was able to speak with a technician personally who answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!). They even allowed me to come in and visit him every day. \r

Although they definitely aren't cheap (hospitals never are) they are very considerate of budgets and worked with me to lower the cost of his visit as much as possible, even by transferring him to my normal vet during the day a couple of times. \r
