First off, Matt installed a ceiling fan for us, and Dennis checked the HVAC portion of the house. As expected, after the generator installation, American Mechanical was our first call for any and all work around our home. They just don't know how to displease. Everyone, from the front desk, to the final goodbye, was a pure joy. We now have American Mechanical on speed dial for that reason. Susan & Tim McGee Sr. more

David Johnson, Technician 6/10/2018

David J. came out to install a new coil up in the attic. He did an outstanding job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the whole process. He also was very courteous and took the time to explain things to me so I would better understand what was being done. I highly recommend David Johnson and would definitely request his services again. more

Air Conditioner Unit Replaced 6/8/2018

We made the decision to have American Mechanical replace our Air Conditioner Unit and I am very happy with the job they did. Yesterday Tony J. and Taylor B. arrived on time, they came in and introduced themselves, reviewed the work to be done and then got to work. During the process, if I had questions, Tony took the time to answer my questions. They were very polite, were respectful of our property and got the job done even faster then I expected. I asked if this was a local company and Tony said yes and talked about the philosophy of the company and the importance of having certified technicians. He also explained the 1 year homeowners warranty program and let me know about the other services that American Mechanical provided including home generators, electrical & plumbing. Once they was finished he went over everything with me. The Service Industry can be a tough business but with technicians like Tony and Taylor (who seems eager to learn) I can see why you are a successful company. Thanks again for a job well done! more

Water heater repair 6/1/2018

Water heater failed on 05/29/2018; appointment scheduled for 06/01/2018. Part had to be ordered and will not be available until approx. 06/06/2018. There doesn't seem to be much urgency in getting the repair completed. more

Great experience 5/26/2018

From the very first contact I have been very impressed with this company. They return calls, let you know when they will arrive, and know their stuff. Tony and Kevin were the installers and they did an excellent job. I was kept informed of the progress and what to expect, they were courteous, cleaned up, and my system is fantastic. They take a lot of pride in what they do. more

Chris deserves an A+ for servicing our Generac. I was with him almost the entire time because he was pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to share/instruct. He had no exposed tattoos or jewelry did not smoke or use foul language. more

Checked Preformance on A/C 5/14/2018

Manny, the technician determined the unit was low on Freon. He filled the unit with Freon that contained a dye and sealer until the pressures were correct. I would recommend American Mechanical to anyone who needs work on their Air Conditioner. Robert Davis more
