Good guys 5/19/2017

Ryan F. and David M. Where great with the installation of my new trane air handler and heat pump. They installed the equipment walked me through how to use it and cleaned up after themselves. They also made it a point to avoid my newly seeded lawn when brining equipment in the house. I only have one concern about the install/equipment but will address that with my follow up visit. more

Amazing job! 5/5/2017

We needed our HVAC system replaced in our home. Bobby and Randy came to our home to do the installation during a STORM. They were very polite and professional! Both had made sure to pay attention to every detail and made sure everything was installed right. Even with two little boys running around our house constantly getting in their way, working through pouring rain, and having to relocate our new system that added more work and time to do the installation, they still managed to get the job done in a timely manner! They were very careful and courteous while they were in our home by not leaving any messes or equipment behind and not getting our carpet dirty. Bobby and Randy did an amazing job! more

Trey was very helpful and explained how my HVAC system was working and performed all of the Spring check-up functions. Very friendly and helpful. Will ask for him next time more

HVAC Mainternance 4/2/2017

Robert Smith recently performed the semi-annual system inspection and tune-up on my HVAC system. He found an error code on my thermostat that was caused by mice or rodents chewing on the exterior condenser control wires. Several wires were shredded down to bare wire. Robert replaced the wires and wrapped them to help prevent an re-occurrence of the problem. Very satisfied with his work. more

Tech support on generator annual maintenance 3/14/2017

The American Mechanical Service Pro (Tim Martin) provided timely annual generator service today (3/14/17). Tim was very knowledgeable and customer friendly on accomplishment of my generator annual maintenance. Would like Tim to be my Service Pro on future service calls on my generator. A satisfied customer 3/2/2017

AMI was referred to me by my sister to install a gas water heater. Eric V., the plumber, was punctual, and professional. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one without a hitch. He answered all of my questions about the new unit and stayed until the water was hot. I would definitely use AMI again and/or referred friends and family. more

Thorough job! 2/16/2017

Trey W. showed up in a timely manner, assessed the plumbing issue and when all of the logical solutions didn't work, he went beyond and was able to find the obvious clog and then the other clog that the previous company apparently left behind! I would definitely call back and request Trey W. more
