Tom appeared at our door in a very professional manner introduced himself and the company he represents .He showed to be very knowledgeable and efficient immediately recognized the problem...
Although the problem was not not fixed because it was not covered under warranty he advised us what
to do showing personal concern.Thank you for sending Tom Kelley to our home.Please send him again to
our home next time if ever another electrical problem come up.
